Really happy with how these #sourdough loaves came out this week. My favorite porridge loaf is the Honeyed Spelt and Oat Loaves from @sarah_c_owens, but this week instead of the plain oats, I subbed in some muesli (from ikea!), which had some dried fruit, nuts, and other add-ins in it. Made for some perfect toast topped with almond butter and fig jam.
Indian vegetarian dinner tonight. We are an okra-loving family, and I promise it’s possible to cook it without any stickiness at all (I can share tips in comments if anyone wants them!). We are having spiced okra with fresh coconut, roasted beets sautéed with cumin and mustard seeds, mixed dal with spinach, chapati, and rice.
